You do have a point in that, they are killing each other in Iraq, Bombing their own people in Saudi and Egypt, are hiding behind their own in Lebanon and in Palestine the ruling Fatah organisation was defeated at the last election because of their corruption. Oil money goes to those who control the oil. The US / Western oil companies want to see OPEC stand firm. After all, this sets stable prices and ensures a stable profit margin for all parties involved.
