How can I break the addiction of looking at naked females on my computer?

You have to go behind your addiction, as in why. There is nothing wrong with looking at naked females on your computer, but if you do it so much that it interferes with your personal life, work, etc. then it's an addiction. The addiction may be your way of coping with some problem(s) in your life, an escape.

I would suggest getting some counselling to find out what is really bothering you and to help you find a better coping mechanism.

Well, I used to be addicted like you too, man.Jus gotta delete off everything tat contians nudity on your com.Try not to think about all this females.Try occupying yourself wif your frens.Go out and have fun.And if getting a girlfriend helps, by all means get one.When the urge comes, jus shut the thgouht off and remind yourself that you have a family who doesnt want you to look at this things and they care about you.If you cant help it, jus shut down the computer.that helps! haha, all the best,man!!
