I'm an Indianapolis Colts fan, but I also like The Raiders. Is it true that Art Shell signed that has been Jeff George?

I know he played for them before and he Sucked then. What makes them think he's gotten any better?

Yes they signed him and it just shows how bad things are in Oakland.
I live in New Orleans and in my opinion, Aaron Brooks is a mediocre quarterback at best. Coach Haslett was a fool for not playing Jake Delhomme. He played Brooks with an injured arm and left Jake on the bench. Jake had enough and went to Carolina.
Oakland is toast this year. Write them off.

I basically herd about this! i'm very much surprised! I were a Raider fan on account that they again to Oakland. I hated Jeff George. He threw way too many interceptions. We booed him many circumstances at video games. Raider followers isn't chuffed. Tuiasosopo is a goner. i'm bowled over we've not %. up Vince Evans. he's the suitable age for a Raider. i'm no longer certain if he has a criminal record or no longer, yet when he does, he replaced into born a Raider!

The Raiders signing of Jeff George looks like Al Davis made a mistake. At least this mistake won't cost the team as much as the mistake he made getting Aaron Brooks. This team looks pretty much doomed right now.

If Jeff George ever takes a snap for the Raiders they are either 100 points ahead in the game, or their season is over.

They did not sign him to be a starting QB they did because they wanted to clear up cap room by letting Kerry Collins go, now they also can use Tuiasasopo(sp?) as trade bate.

Aaron Brooks is the starter.

Yep. They must really not like Aaron Brooks to bring in a guy that hasn't played in 5 years.

Yep, the old fart is back. Why?? Why do the Raiders do anything???

I don't think we'll be hearing "George to Moss" anytime soon, though.

Yup they did. He's always been an incredibly talented played with mush from brains and a cannon for an arm.

He's not being brought in to be the starter. He's being brought in as an insurance policy. Most likely he won't get in a game this season.
