Start by remembering that not everyone has the same taste as you and that they are pretty in your eyes but not necessarily in others eyes. Once you get past that, remember that they are only people.
Then, talk. Dont be nervous. Dont treat them like dirt either.

You talk to pretty girls the way you would talk to any human being. Be yourself and bring up a neutral conversation. Acting different wont get you anywhere.

Usually I quiet them down with some ether and then once I get them back to the cell I've constructed in my basement I'm usually much more comfortable with them

I say, "Hey pretty girl". They get it about the fifth time and maybe start talking to me. I don't fawn over them or give them any special attention otherwise. I'm too busy. They dig that.
