try copper tone with spf 40. Another good protection for that oh so hot sun out in the beach or in a treck, use Hawaiian Tropics Sun Block spf 70! blocks off harmful rays of the sun that can cause sun burns and even skin cancers. These 2 are the best in the market yet.

coppertone spectra SPF 45. I worked outside all summer and never got a sunburn with this stuff! its awesome. You can find it at most drugstores and walmart

After THAT, if you can stand it--- Vaseline- I find it "icky" but it is the BEST!!!!
And the ol' shade routine--- lol
