i don't understand why lesbians look, well, a bit masculine...dr martins boots and short hair and those t-shirts with the collars up.nothing like the ones in mucky films!!.and gay men why are you camp? like ''hello sailor'' and ''ooh, shut that door luvvy'' i know these are stereotypes and not everyone is the same but i do have gay freinds and am comfortable in their company and have no problem at all with their partners of choice but don't want to ask them cos i do value our freindships.like i said i don't want to offend anybody.

i would have to disagree. i am bi-sexual, and i dont look butch, at least i dont think so. (take a look at my 360 page) and all of the other girls i've dated are pretty. thats the way i'd prefer a girlfriend. but i guess i understand where you are coming from

Well, to answer your first question, not all lesbians look like that. You have what are called the 'lipstick lesbians'. Just some women prefer to be in the more dominant role (male) and prefer to dress less feminine. Others just like this style and feel more comfortable dressed this way.

As for the males, yes, this is definitely a stereotype. My brother used to hang out with some gay guys in GA, and they were the most buffed, deep voiced, completely uneffeminate men you would ever meet. You would not know unless you asked them. Again, this is personal preference. Some individuals just like to be more expressive and flamboyant. Hey, I'm not knocking it, in fact sometimes I love it. =) This one guy at a store at the mall said, 'OH, you're So welcome!' I wanted to eat him up.

My point in the end is, don't lump everyone into one big group. Each individual is just that, an 'individual'. I hope I have cleared some of this up so you don't have to offend your friends. I certainly hope I have not offended anyone, as this was not my intent. Have a great day!

Not gay or lesbian, but bicurious. And I say they are expressing themselves just like everyone else. They are as much entitled to dress and act how they plz. I'm quite sure you act in a certain way at times that ppl think of as a bit strange. But you don't care as long as you are happy being you, right? Well same is true for them. Being who they were meant to be.

in case you mean sleep around dont do it, important regrt potential and have faith me your bf will care regardless of if he thinks he wont. in case you opt to have freaky deaky intercourse, why dont you and your bf turn it up. If he says he's cool in case you swing then Im specific he could be extra effective than prepared to test with you.

I don't know why straight men are big tough guys who like sports and beer and never want to talk about their feelings. And straight girls are really girly, giggly, wear pretty dresses and smell like sweet purfume and they always want to talk about their emotions.

......think about it dude.
