scam period - no you did not win , scam , you did not enter,scam , what part of scam do you not understand and no it is not legal except they do have the right to send lettersd out and see who they can sucker in to the SCAM.

look up their name in the these websites, or look on google for the name liberty sweepstakes scam. that may show if it is or not
