Previous company applied me for the TIN (Tax Identification Number) but I have no idea what my number is?

Im from the Philippines: and I have resigned from my previous company and my new company now is asking for my TIN. Where do I go to get it besides asking my previous company?

It's the same as your social security number.

Try asking the tax authorities (equivalent to US I.R.S). They must know - they are the ones who setup those kinds of identifying numbers in the first place.

In the US TIN is for companies and social security numbers are for people.
