I have both. I prefer K750i because of the 2 mega pixel camera with flash, MP3 player, radio, and large memory capacity (32 MB Internal & upto 2Gigs on Memorystick, uses same memory as PSP & Sony Cameras)
Can be used as a mouse for pc and powerpoint presentations Controls Winamp & Windows media player via Bluetooth. Holds more inbox messages then Razr.
a W800i is the same, but has a better MP3 player. But i prefer the black K750i over the orange and white W800i... the W810i is the best of both worlds, but it costs alot more. basically they have all the same features.
Plus everyone and there grandma has a Razr... sort of kills the x factor of owning one...
If you want itunes, you have to get one from Australia, NZ, Indonesia, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Turkey, South Africa, Rest of Africa, North Africa, Israel, Thailand, Middle East only.

I did have a razr but got rid of it. The problem I found with it was it was difficult to see the keys in daylight.

if you want a phone with amnesia and a poor battery go for the v3 otherwise i would choose the best and go for the sonny e. ive got the w800i and its the best phone ive had,gf and her daughter and a few mates have v3 and they all hate it.
