The person you ordered it from sends it to you. And each seller has a user rating which is for the previous buyers to leave comments. You can read all their comments and can tell if that person is good or not. If your scared it won't be in the case, make sure you get a new one and not used so it's still sealed. You can also see the shipping time.

i've been on ebay for years, and have only had two problems. they happen.

but, it's quite rare, to be true. so many people there are so worried about their feedback scores, it's a life saver sometimes. and in many cases, the 'sellers' are actually real stores, so you are a customer to a business, not a person.

however, ebay itself has NOTHING to do with the sales. they only host the sites (their own) that you put your listings on. when i sell a game, i get paid, get an adress, mail to the person, and voila, transaction complete.

if you want, you can message me, and i'll help you look for good auctions, give a few useful tips (like NOT going over your initial planned spending in the last minute because of excitement), and show you what to look for in a good seller.

my email is in my Q&A, and my ebay id is losthandoftyr

I have never had any problems when ordering from Ebay.
You usually get a package within a week or whatever shipping payment you choose. And you get the package from whoever you ordered your item from. If there is something wrong with the package, you can always leave bad feedback or contact the seller.
