Windows Media Player version 11 is still telling me I need an encoder when trying to rip to MP3. I don't know what to do now. Still can't download MP3 to my samsung phone.

forget WMP, go with iTunes or WinAmp.

Go to microsoft updates for your player encoder start there If the player is a beta it does not do good with windows uninstall it and get an early version. Good Luck.

Try getting a software pack for samsung phones (from the samsung website maybe) This then makes it very easy to download to the mobile. Or one of the best mobile computer siftwares if Motorola Phone Tools you could try that it might work with your phone ? ... x
