The site went live two weeks ago

I had no problem with it. Try again - and clear your cache and history, perhaps.
It doesn't look very good in Firefox, by the way. The margin of the text column is overlapping the left hand menu bar - in fact all the text is shifted slightly to the left of where it should be.

It was quite slow finding it. The DNS may not be working properly yet - it does take a little while for a new domain name to propogate through the world. First check with the people you bought the domain name from and ask if it's properly linking to the host's servers.
Edit: Interesting! I just used the link I just pasted up there and this time it looks fine - so ignore my comments about layout. The host was probably being a bit slow.
Sorry to be critical - "compliment" on the Home Page should be "complement"

Could be several reasons
1. The URL is wrong
2. The server is down
3. Interlinking is screwed up
Ask the people who own the server and upload again.
