Assuming that both were fully grown and that it was dusk so both badger and moose were awake

The badger. He would nip the moose's ankles something terrible they may look slow and lumbering but they can move pretty fast when they want to. The moose's best weapon is his horns and he wouldn't be able to deal with a badger easily with those. The badger, of course would fight dirty, wouldn't leave him mushroom and at the critical moment would shout "Snake!", which would scare the moose shitless.

A moose. It could stamp, trample, bite, rutt, fall on or sit on a badger.
A badger could only bite legs and claw the underside of the mooses body.
And a moose can run faster.

i think the badger would win on account that that the badger would get stuck in the mooses throat, therefor killing the moose

The moose would be very wary of a badger since they are ferocious when provoked.
