You can never go wrong with the Spas in geylang. They are the MOST famous.

Actually apart from being famous, budget is another consideration. The best spas in Singapore are usually up-market and found in the hotels.
For the hotel spas, the Amrita Spa at Raffles The Plaza is considered most prominent for being the largest indoor spa in Singapore.
Alternatively if you want to get away, check out The Spa Botanica on Sentosa. It even has a mud bath and a meditation maze.
