Do you really think Cowher will walk at the end of the '06 season? And if he does who would you like to see replace him?

I personally think he will walk after this season, even if we repeat and win Super Bowl XLI. It appears right now that offensive coordinator, Ken Wisenhunt, is poised to take over Cowhers position if he were to leave. This is somewhat good news to Steelers fans because Wishenhut has a similar mindset of the game and how we run our offense now. So the possible coaching change will not usher in an all new game plan for the organization resulting in an almost seamless transition. This is of course assuming most, if not all, of our starters return next year.

I thought Cowher leaving Pittsburgh is now a foregoned conclusion. As far as his replacement, I am not familar with the Pittsburgh coaching staff but I believe Rooney would look there first.

He's a good guy in football...although I'm not a Steelers fan, he's always fun with his gadget plays. I don't know who'd replace him, but don't you dare look at John Fox!! He's ours!

Would he leave? I doubt he's going to leave, maybe he's just after drama too? What, 15 years with the same team or something, you can't just walk away from that without any sign beforehand...that's just a little rude...like Jimmy Smith...aye. But I hope he doesn't go overboard like Brett Favre either..whatever, hope he stays.

I think someone of Cowher's charm and intelligence can be replaced with a lamppost.
