that's a hard one, muscles car, are more individual, and fun to tinker with, but most of them are American, so they don't corner that great at high speeds.
Modem sports cars do have more power than a lot of muscle cars, they handle a lot better too, but U cant tinker with them, and they all look the same.
i think i would have to go with a self designed muscle car tho. if i could design it myself

I would rather own a hot rod muscle car, but I recently bought my wife a red Mitsubishi Spyder convertible, which she loves. So I guess maybe it depends on if you ask a man or woman this question. And to the person who said that sports cars and hot rod muscle cars get "horribly low fuel economy," my wife's sports car gets excellent gas mileage, better gas mileage than my 4WD drive truck, and better gas mileage than the other car that we have which is a Mitsubishi Galant.
