i am 16 and if i want to work on all my chest shud i keep the bench flat and do bench press or also put it up and down need help plz

you need to do, flat, inclined and decline.....they all work different parts of the chest, so inorder to to work all the chest...do all 3 variations

If you put the chair up you will work the upper part of your chest, if you lower it then you will be working out the lower part of your chest. I say to do it flat and on an incline (chair up) because this will have the coolest looking results. Be careful when you first start out because you can seriously hurt yourself (be particularly careful not to mess up your back and make sure the weight doesn't crush you...good luck dude)

I used to do about 3 flat, then on an angle for 3 sets. Also use the machines, they tone you up and hit the spot a lot more

flat bench press is ok, but to get nicely rounded out pecs you should alternate between flat/incline/decline, just don;t over do it and don't go stupid with weights.
