I just had a baby 4 weeks ago. We had sex 2 weeks ago and the condom broke. We also had sex 2 days ago unprotected. I know this sounds stupid to do, but this past time we just got caught up in the moment. If I am pregnat that is fine, but I was wondering how you can tell when you are ovulating after you have a baby??? Or if I could be pregnant and how to know. I had my son AUg 2nd so would i count that like a period?? SOO confused.

first of all congrats on the passion. i didnt even see my husband for 5 months after i had our baby (hes in the military) and sex didnt even cross my mind. a friend of mine who had her baby at the same time i did andi agreed we never needed sex again. lol. i'd wait a few weeks and then go to the dr. i've known one lady this happened to. so id say yep its possible.

Yes, it's very possible. How could you have sex 2 weeks postpartum? I'm always so beat up after giving birth. That's the last thing on my mind!! Of course my last baby my husband didn't meet him until he was already 3 and a half months old because he was serving in Iraq. ANyway, good luck!

Are you breastfeeding, if you are the chances are pretty low that you are pregnant. I've heard of people getting pregnant as soon as 2-3 months later, never really as soon as you, maybe because you are probably one of the few that is actually ready to have sex 2 weeks after giving birth! You're lucky, but not so lucky if you are preggo again, I would hate that! Not that I am suggest you do anything about it, it's just going to be tough.

You can't know when your first ovulation after birth will be, it is different for everyone. There is no safe time after birth.
That said most likely you are being paranoid, it is unlikely to happen that quickly. Don't stress about it and take a test in a couple weeks if you haven't started bleeding.

You're not suppose to have sex until 6 weeks after you give birth. Why would you want to after pushing a baby out of there? Also, you're most vulnerable to pregnancy right after giving birth, so look out, you might be having 2 babies under the age of 1 this year! Good luck!

I'm sure you already know that it is not good for your healing body to have sex that early. You are supposed to wait for 6 weeks. I'm not sure how the ovulation goes for after you have a baby, but yes...it is definetely possible. Good Luck!!

That's dangerous. You aren't supposed to have intercourse for 6 weeks after having a baby. You opened yourself up to infection.
