Leaking? If it's from teh hoof, it's probably just an abcess. Not a big deal, if dealt with right away, but call your vet, since you have never dealt with it before. If you want to try some treatment yourself, make a paste out of epson salt and a small amount of water. Pack the under, inside of the injured hoof, and keep it in there by duck taping over it, or use vet wrap if you have it. If you use tape, just be sure not to get it on their hair (ouch!).

it depends what u mean by leaking. but it sounds really serious.
it could have an infection, or a bad cut down there. call the vet asap.

if your horse has shoes then get the shoe taken off... then get your blacksmith to check it out. if he says to get it checked out by the vet out the horse in a clean stall and try to get him in a clean stall. wrapping it wouldnt be a bad idea. clean it out with hot water with antibacterial soap like dial or and antibacterial you might already use on your horse. NOTHING WITH A FRAGRANCE!
