I know this will sound crazy but I am on this whole "Healthy bowel" streak today. Are you eating healthy, no fried, no junk food, lots of greens and fiber. No sweets.

The new information I have lately is to have a BM after every meal. When your bowels become backed up your whole system gets sick.

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis last year and am trying NOT to take a ton of Meds..
Many of my symptoms are similar to what you are having.

We drink a scoop of sugar free orange flavored Citrucel in a glass of juice every morning and every night, that has helped a lot, plus a walk (about 2 miles) every evening and your bowels will start to work MUCH better and I am feeling better. I had developed a wheat allergy and other allergies were starting, but since getting my bowels better , no allergies.

Maybe do a log on what your eating and your bathroom habits and see if this could be causing some of the problem.

Good luck I hope you feel better soon.

I would see another doctor and get a second opinion. perhaprs you are stressed and nervous and this is causing you to break out in hives for a bit. I know when I get depressed I get so exausted I feel sick like that. depression and stress bring on real physical symptoms. I would try to get my mind off of the problems in life, take a warm bath and relax for an entire day. maybe even get outside for a while aget some sun and take a multivitamin in case youare low on something. Get one that has vitamin b12. B12 raised my enery level through the roof after about three days. good luck

Have your b12 levels checked to start with. If they are real low you could have pernious anemia. But there are many causes of the smptoms you have. Just keep bugging the doctor and they will have to rule things out one by one.

You may want to get checked out for systemic yeast syndrome (Candida) and/or high insulin production (hyperinsulinemia). If your doctor has ruled out everything else, it might be one of these two subtle but powerful conditions, or a combination of both.

For basic information on hyperinsulinemia, check out www.mayoclinic.com and search for hyperinsulinemia.
