and they have them on the floor, not a good height to pick up such heavy objects. On top of that, there was not one warning sign, saying the catalogues were heavy.
I think I have a strong case.

This is America, "anybody can sue any other person for anything".
You are part the reason that insurance is gotten so far out of line, we are not producing vaccines in this country, good Md's are taking early retirement B/C of insurance costs, attorneys are having a field day, and companies have increased the costs for their products to their consumers to cover the increased cost of liability insurance for asinine complaints like yours. You should feel lucky that Argos has enoung money in their operating budget to produce a catalog for people like yourself.

Uuuummmm! You could try I suppose but why would you? Are there signs all over the roads saying that it may be dangerous to cross the road?

I don't think you have a case quite honestly but if you have the money to choose to pursue this course of action then feel free to do so.

Pathetic. There are far too many people trying to sue just about anybody and everybody. All the compensation has to be paid for and it is always the rest of us who have to pay bigger insurance bills.

First you need to move to America, that's where all the weird people who don't know how to use common sense and look to make a living out of others reside.
