A (straight) female collegue of mine keeps licking my neck and slapping my bum at work, when she leaves she always kisses me on the cheek. I never do anything to pe-ept any of this. She knows i'm Bi, so what is she doing? (Im not complaining)

She is definatly straight. And she is too much of a nice person to wind me up.

She may not be as straight as she thinks. She definitely teasing you. Don't mess with someone you have to work with - it could be disaterous. But her behavior is unacceptable, even if you don't mind. tell her to stop it. It could end up being a major problem for somebody.

If she's doing that, she ain't straight! If you're enjoying it and she's enjoying it, take it somewhere private and go a little further. She may be somewhat in the closet, but trying to get your attention that she's really interested. Some people do try to overcompensate to hide a part of themselves.

Ok I'm sorry but she soesn't sound so straight to me.Maybe she interseted in you and your way of doing things so why don't you just straight up and ask her what is going on.Or if want to push her away or see what happens do some of the things she does to you to her.Maybe she'll like it.

It sounds like she is attracted to you and maybe realizing she also could be Bi. Ask her out for coffee or drinks if you like her and see what happens, can't hurt right?
