Hi I would likem to know has anyone any suggestions how to fix this, all my colours come out in the test except the light blue, doesn't make sense as the dark blue comes out, there are only 4 holes for the colour to come out all other colours are fine but not the light blue??

I don't personally 'know' that printer, but have you tried the cleaning programme - and don't be surprised if it takes anything up to six - yes six runs before it works normally again.

Don't bother with your own printer.All my printers i've had always muck up.Get them printed online it's a lot cheaper.

take the light blue cartridge out and pierce it manually.
