I haven't worked for Willow personally but they do make you incorporate and that cost about $500 plus there are monthly fees (think 39.95) that they charge you for working one of their lines.

Work at home jobs are hard to find. Technical, phone work or writing jobs are the most common legit ones. You may want to check out some job leads at http://wahjobs.blogspot.com Plus there is a listing of companies that regularly hire telecommuters
