In the 60's it was called White Flight - Caucasians moving away from the Black incursion into their traditionally all-white neighborhoods.
There is an equal reaction among Blacks, what I call Black Flight. Blacks try to escape the problems their incursion into traditional white neighborhoods caused [crime, drugs, gangs, etc.].
Since they have done better for themselves [better employment, better wages], they are enabled to move away from those neighborhoods and those problems.
In our Birmingham, Alabama neighborhood, the street was entirely populated by Caucasians, with one exception - a Black family. Both were professionals, took pride in their work, raised responsible children.
One day, during a break from mowing our lawns, Mr. Lewis and I had a conversation which in part went like this:
"Some of my friends do not understand why I moved out here. They want me to move back because they are afraid I am raising my children "White." There is no way in [expletive deleted] that I would ever move back there. I want a better life for my children, for my wife, for me!"
To answer your question, they move away because they do not want to be there any more.

Some blacks want to get out of the ghetto and move up into a quiet neighborhood as kind of a status symbol. Others want to get away from the criminal influence of their "brothers and sisters". Ironically, they often bring their "brothers and sisters" with them and the Whites remaining in the neighborhood flee to someplace a little cleaner, a little Whiter, and pretty soon the once White neighborhood is a run down, noisy, unattractive place to live.

Maybe they are offering you a chance to repent of the sins of your grandparents that sinned against Abraham's seed. Since God has a season when he brings the sins of the parents on the children and grandchildren up to 4 generations (Exodus 34:6/7)--maybe God is offering us hope. Remember before white people arrived, all the lands on earth were owned by black and brown people. Do not forget that we got here by killing and stealing- (remember the Inca gold, years of free labour and theft of Africa's reaources? Reflect on these promises to Abraham's seed (1) Birth of a New Everlasting Priesthood. (2) Word or Oracle Power (Genesis 15:1, (3) Shield or supernatural protection, (4) Great Reward, (5) Seed as stars of heaven—Genesis 15:5. (6) Land, (7) Trials and enslavement up to 400-year periods, Genesis 15:13. (8) Eventual Triumph/Victory and (9) Divine Judgment to their unjust oppressors. Hoping that God does not exist does not negate His promises.

This reminds me of a joke, and it's on the white man. A black man buys a house in a white neighborhood, his neighbor is always in his yard working. So one day the black man ask him why he never spoke to him, the white man replied i don't associate with blacks. Black man says I'm better than you. White man is realiy mad, and says what do you mean your better than me. Black man says I don't have a ****** living next door to me.

The black people in my neighborhood take better care of their lawns than most of us whites do. There is no such thing as an all white neighborhood.
