If your skin is very oily you should not use any cream. It simply clogs the pores retaining the oil. Before going to bed or even during the day or whenever you can, use an astringent such as Sea Breeze. From the bottle it says "Oil control formula that treats and prevents breakouts". There are also others if you don't like the scent. You would be surprised at the "dirt" that remains on your face even after washing with a bar of soap. It also feels refreshing and "clean".
Also if you wear make-up be sure your products are oil free.

use nivea cream it is round and blue color, during your bed time my skin is the same also but i used that cream,

no--all of your products should be oil free. go to makeupalley.com and search for products that are oil free and read reviews--they are really helpful!
