"I agree with him. It is highly unlikely that Andorra will have any chance at all of beating England.
He is just using a version of the "I will eat my hat" statement.

If your partner (you have 3 of them?) thiks Andorra are going to win the world cup after beating England tonight, I'd say he's a plonker who doesn't know what he's talking about, as they are playing to qualify for the Euro, not the world cup.

As the match they're playing in today is a qualifying match for the Euro Championships of 2008 and not the World Cup of 2010, I should say that's highly unlikely!

firstly, they are qualifying for the euro 08. secondly, have you ever seen how small andorra is compared to england? it is like the size of london, maybe a bit bigger.
