All women should be refused unless they get it done privately. We have people who are being refused treatment for life threatening illness due to cost. Being unable to conceive is not an illness and having a baby is a choice. If someone wants a child that badly then it would be affordable. If not well maybe they are not financially secure enough to consider having a family.

lose some weight and they could proberly have a baby entirely naturally!
of all the people 2 B given IVF, the last person i would consider giving it 2 is some1 with no/low willpower!

Setting the bar at 9 inches is ridiculous. In the same breath, there is nothing wrong with a woman having a preference for a larger dick. I prefer well endowed men and yes they give me more pleasure. What's wrong with that?

It would increase their chances of conceiving greatly if they weren't obese so yes.
They refuse treatment such as knee ops for the same reason. So yes I think they should.
