Yes Lord. I dated this really great guy that did everything eh could to make me happy. We spent a lot of time together and because of that I knew all of his business. I often heard him lie to people and his stories would often change. This never affected me personally but I began to distrust him. He was good to me but a lie was nothing for him to tell. I found a way to end the relationship and we are now good friends. I have to pick and choose what I want to believe about him.

Yes, worked with a guy like that. He'd get so annoyed if anyone called him on it, you would swear he believed it all himself!
The weird thing was that he worked in an insurance claims department and would tell you other people's stories plus urban legends & swear he'd signed this claim off personally last week.
Just trying to make himself interesting.
How can people kid themselves like this? He'd tell you about something 'that really really happened' & after a while people would just say "Not to you" & walk off smiling. If it bothered him so much, I can't think why he didn't stop doing it or get a more interesting job!

I know a person like that... all right, she didn't tell me my own story, but it was the story that a friend told us a few days ago. She told the same, just with different charachters. I don't know what was she thinking... I'd never ever do it!

Yes, I have. I know a guy that lies so much he'll often tell you two completely different outcomes of one of his daily 'events' in the same day. I just assume they are all lies and that nothing happened at all.

My ex. and when I told him he didn't so that I did he argued. The man believes his own lies.
On another note, my brother in law says bad things about people and then tell everyone my husband did it.
i cannot stand liars. They are my biggest pet peeve. (they can't be cured)

Walk away from that person
Have nothing to do with that person
They are crazy
They will suck you into their schemes and their lies.
Walk away. Avoid them.
