I've tried every method I can find on the internet, and nothing works. If someone can help, I would be grateful.

I've tried Trojan Hunter, and it didn't work. I've pretty much tried every program out there, and while some of them say they've found and deleted the program, upon reboot, the program returns.

you did try the program trojan hunter?
if so did you update it befor you ran it?
you did remove the software it came bundled with ?
(otherwise it will just as fast come back again....)

If you find that TrojanHunter is infected and you cannot use it to remove this problem then download KILLBOX. You can use killbox to delete this infecting file. You may have to tell killbox to delete after reboot
