it should go away within a few minutes. if it doesn't then you should probably see someone about it. i hope this helps.

mine feels exactly the same today. I think ive slept kinda heavy on my arm. Mine feels heavy and is quite tingly in the fingers. Im not worried at all about it, it will come back to normal eventually. Just needs the blood to circulate again. It should be fine i would only worry if it gets worse or continues for any length of time

Shake it. Then carry it across your chest as if you had it in a sling, with your wrist rigid. It should be just a temporary condition, but if you still have it, and are on the computer
As the others have said, if this does not stop it, call your doctor for an appointment, as this may be a heart related condition.
If it recurs, and is not heart related, check out www.hufa.org. It may be a symptom of low blood sugar.

I don't know how long you've been feeling this but if it's more than 2 days i recommend for you to go to the doctor, i mean believe me some little things sometimes can become a huge problem if not checked on time

If you've slept on it, try doing windmill motions with it until blood gets back into it. If it continues to tingle, and if it's your left arm it could be the precursor to a stroke. See GP quickly.

as it is your left arm monitor it and certainly ask your GP for advice if it persists more than 48 hours. It could be connected with a heart defect/problem. But do not worry unduly.

If you have access to a dumbell, lift it about 20 times. That will get the circulation back. good luck.

You may have a pinched nerve or it may be something serious like a heart problem or stroke beginning. Please let a doctor check this out immediately to rule out anything serious. Don't wait for it to get better.

keep it to your side and let the blood circulate properly, keep clenching and opening your fist.. not sure but this might work.
