you mean if u report someone if thats what you mean no if you mean if you rate the persons answer that they gave you to your question the answer is yes because there questions and answers stay in their section and the can go back and check if they want to or if its not your question and its someone elses and you didnt like a persons answer to that question you can rate it and that person wont find out hope Im not sounding confusing just trying to help lol
