Yes. It is called a vasectomy. Nothing is cut out. They merely make a very tiny hole and sever your vas (tubes your sperm travels through). The vas does not feel pain, and most men have little to no discomfort after wards. Nothing is removed from the man, and he will still ejaculate. A woman can not tell if this has been done. It will not change the sensation, or the sexual experience.

A Vasectomy does NOT cut out a man's "Jewels". It snips & disconnects the line that so the sperm is man but ca not be delievered at the time of orgasm.
This does not affect your hormones as castration does.

Yeah, men can get a vasectomy. It's a very slightly intrusive procedure, it's not very expensive and planned parenthood can often help with the cost. There are some slight risks in the procedure I've never heard of anyone who lost function but often the procedure isn't reversable.

A vasectomy.

"A Vasectomy is a birth control method in which all or part of a male's vas deferens are surgically removed, thus sterilizing the patient. Vasectomy should not be confused with castration: vasectomy does not involve removal of the testicles and it affects neither the production of male sex hormones (mainly testosterone) nor their secretion into the bloodstream."

Cut out his jewels? What nonsense! Enuchs have been gone since the Biblical days, for goodness sake. Celibacy, condoms are your best bet.
