The potential is there, but a number of factors must exist. First, the water must not be too hot. Second, the person must have ejaculated into the water a short time before hand and lastly the sperm would have to find their way into your body, and to an egg that is ready to be fertilized. So, yes it is possible, but only if all the conditions are perfect, so it's highly unlikely.

only if you are having sex together in the bath, if some git told you that you could be pregnant after using his dirty water he is either very uneducated sexually or very cruel to scare someone young.
there must be sights on the internet which will help you with this type of question,which won't give you stupid answers because they are trying to help scared teens. don't feel stupid asking because all of us had to learn somehow too.

YES, it happened in tunisia ; a french teen girl became pregnant after having bath in a dirty swimming-pool,her "grand-mère"made a process she lost :the court judging it were the parents responsibility to have let their daughter bathing in it.
