same thing happens with my printer I just ignore it. When you figure out how to stop it let me know.

I had this happen after I purchased my IPOD. My problem was my USB ports weren't high speed. They were 1.5 I think. I had to buy a high speed USB card (2.0) and install it. Now the IPOD works great.
