Isn't she perishable goods? How long is she gonna stay put with your buyer? Too risky of an investment. By the way, the 21 year old thing is just a phase. She'll mature and appreciate nicely like a diamond or a new home in a nice neighborhood over the next 10 years. Thank, but no thanks. I've got 6 of my own already.
