Start taking up a religion and start praying you are going to need it. lol
no seriously..make sure your finances are in order,both of your credit reports,consolidate all your resources ,car loans,credit cards etc..start thinking in pairs not as a single man .
Finances are a big strain on marriage and can cause a marriage to fail if not taken care of properly.
Re do your insurance policies (life insurance),and start planning for retirement for the both of you.
If you have a prenuptial agreement,about separate properties make sure they are in order,so that neither one of you has an extra burden of worry or stress during the marriage.
Plan a great honeymoon ,it might be the last vacation you take for a while,go to Mexico and soak up some sun and have some memories that will last a lifetime. That is the important thing .
If you are a man,don't worry about the wedding so much,that will come and go in one day,think about what will happen after the wedding when you step into real life with a partner.
