Scorpions, and the funny part is my astrological sign is Scorpio. But I see one, and I lose it, explitives spill from my mouth and my hubby get's all upset with me lol. I know the ones around our area (El Paso) aren't poisonous..or so they told us)but I just don't trust them, and anyway, I'm asthmatic, so what if one bites me, I'll die! That's why I fear them. I even had a dumb nightmare the night after we saw David Copperfield in Las Vegas that there were flying scorpions stinging everyone(he did a magic trick where an emperor scorpion picked out a card for him eeek). My husband saw both my arms interlocked (another magic trick Copperfield performed) up in the air while I was having this nightmare, weird huh?
Oh yeah, I almost forgot, for some weird, bizzarro reason, waking up after laughing in my dream, crying in my dream I have no problem with, laughing from one (which I've done maybe once in my life) makes me feel like I'm insane.

Most creepy crawly things like worms etc disgust me, but I have a real actual PHOBIA of slugs and snails. Especially snails. I really don't know why, but as far back as I can remember I have been terrified of them. I would rather have a snake or a spider crawl over me than a snail, honest! I think it may have something to do with their eyes that freaks me out, I can't even think about it, it makes me break out in a sweat. Sometimes if there has been a snail in my room and someone had to remove it for me I can't sleep in the room for fear that it will return or just because I can't be in the room without thinking about it!
What is your phobia?

I am absolutely terrified of moths/ butterflies and spiders, but I don't think that is very unusual. I am scared of daddy long legs, they are like huge spiders with wings, and the way thier legs dangle in the air just creeps me out!!
I hate it when boiled sweets or sweets with a hard shell, like smarties, rub against my teeth, it makes me feel sick.
My brother is scared of tomato ketchup, he can't look at it, or have it near him on the table. He can't even carry a plate which has it on! He also has a phobia of blood, which might have something tot do with it!

Oil, especially on my feet. It sets my teeth on edge. People eating noisily, is really a massive hate for me, it sends me into a uncontrollable rage! I just wanna shove the spoon/fork/knife straight down their bloody necks. - yoghuts are the worst. My husband has to eat in another room with the door closed. Spiders have started to feak me out. Even when they've been removed from the bath, i'm still twitching, checking they're not there.
Dripping taps, Lights on (dvd player, tv, street lights, light through peep hole on front door, pretty much anything) when i'm trying to sleep drives me more than mental!!! I can't settle till its all dark.
I guess I should post this on the mental health help section....oh well.....

I'm completely phobic about the whole hairdresser/beauty salon thing. I've been cutting my own hair since I was 15. The thought of anyone else near my hair with a pair of scissors makes me shudder. As for manicures and pedicures. Ugh

There are lots of things!
Clowns is a big one! I cant go near or watch any, i get all sweaty and panicky if there isn't any way i can get away! I cant even watch them on the TV!
Once one of my workmates knowing i was scared of them brought in a life size clown doll and made it dance towards me! I started hyperventilating and was climbing over everything to get away from it, even tho i was doing this and cry hysterically she still carried on dancing it towards me! Served her right tho coz when i got cornered she made it touch me and i ripped an arm off!
But worms make me scream and shiver if i see them! i once refused to go out of my house because after a big storm there were hundreds on the path so i would of had to walk over them!

I Have a real phobia of large ships, never actually boarded one, but just the sight of one, makes my body tense and I begin to feel panic, very strange, never could understand that one.
