yes acclimatizing your seeds is the first thing to do by freezing them you give the natural proses if its this year your asking about its to late my sugestion is to cross breed your best seed (or clone) witht the biggest ditch weed or wild native plant that you have in Maine freeze the seed and get an early start for next year! It worked for me in Indiana! Good luck!!!!!!
