Yes, the panty inside of pantyhose is very very uncomfortable. Some ladies wear a garter and then maybe they don't have on undies because they are just the type that likes to "go commando" or desire none, but otherwise, yes, we do.

RE: how many girls wear pantyhose without panty? i dont like the feeling of wearing pantyhose with panties, so i usually go commando underneath. i always wear pantyhose when i go to school, so i have to go commando. But i have PE class, so i have to go commando under shorts also -_-

Yup. Panthyhose is just like stockings but the only difference is that it extends onto a woman's hips.
