It dose not matter if you are disabled or not you do what you want. for all you no you mite be a better singer then them.
I am in my late 50s and disabled but i get on with what i can do. so stop being an *** and get out their and show them that the disabled can sing just as good as none disabled. so go on get rocking and rolling

The first time is always the scariest (just like losing your virginity), but you've got to do it. In my experience with bands, the things that matter most are:

enthusiasm - really wanting to do it
rubbing along - nothing worse than constant arguments
turning up - you have to be there to play
ability - important, but can be outweighed by above factors

Disability, unless you're hideously disfigured, shouldn't matter much. Ian Dury was disabled by Polio, but that didn't stop him.

Good luck.

Oh yeah - joining my first band led to me marrying the Saxaphone player. So be vary carefull =)

There have been many disabled stars over the years. take Gene Vincent a great rock'n'roll star. Stevie Wonder blind as was the great Ray Charles. Ian Drury one of the British greats. Dont let it worry you go and enjoy it.

Just give it your best shot, man! You can't do more than that. As for your disability, they're not the right people for you anyway if they let something like that cloud their judgement. Good luck!!!

Give it your best shot, and if your disability should be a problem to them, find someone else - go for it and good luck!

Go for it. That's how many vocalists like Vince Neil of Motley Crue started.
