Iran (part of ancient Persia) is the place where much of world culture and science originated from, which is why I have great respect to this country. About the Iranian people, I couldn't say much - a man is a man, where ever he is from. From what I see on the TV, I would have to presume that the financial situation (speaking of individuals) is not that great, but I also think that, if the western world would leave you alone, just a bit, Iran coul once again be rich and powerful, almost as Persia once was. Since the majority of the people are Muslims, I would presume that you are very domestic, family oriented people and very nice to guests.
I've heard many of your president's speeches and I love the guy! I also believe that Iran should continue their nuclear project and hope that all of the free world (if there is any) will back you up on that.
I have thought of visiting Iran, but the travel costs are just too much for me.
All in all, I have told you some of the things I know of the country and what I presume people are like, but I don't have any real experience with Iranian people, to be honest!

Iran is a country of long history and their citizen are dedicated and hard working and never like to accept hand out unfortunately they are the same bred like the other in middle east and i hope to see the Iranian help out the other middle eastern about peace and stability and for the nuclear episode you had the right but must convince the world that you are peace loving country and do not give out negative statement

I've seen a propaganda video supposedly filmed in an Iranian elementary school where an entire gym of children were chanting 'Death to Americans!" I didn't think much of the film. I can't say what I think of the Iranian people because I don't know the truth of who or what you are. I can tell you that if Dubya gets what he wants you guys should pray and build bomb shelters. You may think this is a crude joke but it's not. Be safe.

I'm pretty nervous about what my govt and your govt are doing. George and Mamoud seem pretty well matched - mean and too willing to bow down to the religious nuts.
I watched your President on 60 minutes and I thought he was clever. I wish Wallace had asked him questions that garnered insight. However, when your president could not admit that the Holocaust happened, I felt he was not worthy of any benefit of the doubt.
I hope you guys take care of these dangerous leaders of yours. If you do, please tell us how to get rid of our own dangerous leader.
Persians seem like progressive, intelligent, beautiful people.

Iranians are very beautifully peoples, as they belong to the oldest civilization of the world they are very much cultured. Now they are going to be a Nuke Country. They have the courage to die for their land and not easy for any one to bow then.

I think all people your people yearn to be free. I don't understand a religion which advocates killing, and oppression in the name of God.
Your country is being led by people who have a false belief that Islam should be the law of the land and that it's OK to slaughter or ensalve all those who are infidels. It's the devils way to destroy all God has created.

I have met some nice people from Iran.....but your leader is a monster....he wants to blow up Israel and start world war 3.
