well i got this same problem some months ago.and i deleted my that E-mail ID so if ya don't mind so do one thing just delete your that one account i mean to say that E-mail ID and make same ID once again..
first open your E-mail account and then go to Help you can find one option like this(help)and just Wright "How do i delete My E-mail ID"...just read carefully and click there on one link...then
you will get two blank and just put your password over there that it..and just make you same account once again.
but before that don't forget to take you all important and IDs..
