Does construction job pay more or less in African countries than any other part of the world?

I get tto understand that construction workers in this part of the world are less paid becuase of the type of Leadership they have in their countries.

l would think wages here are extremely low, that is why Europe is having such a huge problem with a mass influx of immigrants pouring in from Africa looking for jobs with better wages.

I'm sure it depends on the standard of living in the country in question. But Africa doesn't have labor organizations which work for collective bargaining, so I guess the government is to blame.

But all great changes occur from within so I guess it is up too you.
