Philippines needs total overhaul. We,Filipinos are comparable to children that were abused as a child. For so many years, we were like the slaves of our colonist...when we got the chance to be on our own, we were so eager to have that independence and all we wanted with that independence is to amass personal wealth. Each and every filipino have that mentality...if there's anyone showing a facade of genuine concern for the country and its people, it was an attempt to insist on normalcy like the abused kids who want to have a normal life. Kids who need lifelong therapy to erase the memory of that bad childhood. Even
if our political leaders are changed....it will still be the same. Take a UP graduate , an idealist who genuinely care for the country....one who cares about the resources....that are close to extinction....Will that be enough....NO...because behind that leader will be the followers with abused personality...working for their own gains. How do u think Imelda Marcos and her family were still voted for office after that dictator F. Marcos...drained the Philippines of its wealth and resources.....again the people's slave mentality......they voted for her because of her wealth....that
they accumulated while they were in power.....It was very frustrating.... I say, all politicians, oh heck...every filipino should undergo hypnosis or ECT...to forget those cerebral programming brought about by hundreds of years of colonization. Then as we start...roughly...as everyone will be like zombies for a while.... it will be a fresh one.....who knows....there might be better future for our country..... Those filipinos who live in other countries....like me...should participate in that mass hypnosis and ECT......that will be a success....wow a good plot for a sci-fi movie....

Philippines is already served as a good country... owing to the fact that it is rich with many natural beauty..Now everything is up on the people living in it. And based on that, I think we are not far on achieving our goals.. just take off those greedy officials and selfish people..

Politics is so much divided and corruption is widespread. Hope that Filipinos will get rid of the bad politicians in order to improve its economy.
