I think so. It isn't an over night thing and a lot still must be done. But I think India can do it. But it is up to the people of India.

One can not be sure if India would become a developed nation . But any one can easily say and be doubly sure that Inida will soon become a NATION OF DEVELOPED POLITICIANS . The richest politicians and political families of the world will be in India only. One need not have any doubt about it . Anybody can bet on this .The white foreigners came for business and we gave them the right to rule us . Our patriotic politicians came for ruling the country , but they are wonderful business generating wealth for their families. We are making great strides in developing our families . The politicians know that if they and their families become strong , the country will become strong . So they have developed a new ideology of running the govenment as a joint stock company without even personal investment s . Now they know how to secure votes at the cost of the public exchequre itself by granting monetary concessions to specific vote banks . Great inventors !. Is not it right ?

India could become a developed nation I think but only in the metropolitan areas and even then, only within the working class. India has many problems and one of them is the unregulated population growth. Another is their class system which a person is born into and not worked for. That needs to be dumped altogether.
