Pull all the nails out of the rotten board and the one above it till the rotten one slides off. clean any other broken nails out of the way so you have a good flat surface. slide a new board into place and re-nail it into the wall studs, or where the old board was nailed before.

You may require to call a carpenter who will remove the old one and fix a new one after leaning and repairing if necessary the place. It is a job (Making fixing etc.)to be done with at most care and a carpenter would be required for sizing and fixing with nails etc.
