No one has ever driven it to the top speed.
So who really knows.

Fastest production motorcycle? Tossup between the Suzuki Hayabusa and the Kawasaki ZX-14.
Fastest roadracing motorcycle? Valentino Rossi's Yamaha YZR-M1 MotoGP bike. Especially when Rossi is sitting on it.
Fastest dragracing motorcycle? Larry McBride's Kawasaki. Especially....
Fastest bike, period?
"The Feuling Advanced Technologies special construction motorcycle streamliner streaked across the famous Bonneville Salt Flats November 5, 1997, establishing a history making official top-speed of 332.103 miles-per-hour."

I can see the charming answers that you have received, but it has to be the jet-powered thing which hit just over 300mph on the salt flats. Still a bike in the true sense, with a madman in the saddle.
I don't have the name of it at the moment, but "Plain Daft" seems about right. At least he didn't fall off, unlike 49cc p-wheels with
L plates on pretending the be the fastest thing on the planet.
As for a humouless answer, perhaps "ITGOES"

Psyc0bug is correct - the Marine Turbine Technologies Y2K is the world's fastest standard production motorcycle.
Top speed is between 220mph and 240mph.
It will also accelerate from 0-200mph in about 8 seconds...

Tomahawk, no1's been daft enough to find it's top speed yet but you're basically sitting on a V10 dodge engine, and theres 4 wheels (2 front two back but very thin and next to each other) and the wheels on each side have to lower or raise to turn because of the power.
