Okay girl. If you a little short, that's just the way God made you. No big deal!! No calcium is going to help miss. Besides, I know this really cool guy at my school who is like what, 5 foot 3. And he's a major player in the basketball team. So cheer up Sista!

there really is nothing that will make you grow taller within a month. Calcium only builds strong bones, but it does not promote growth. Only time and genetics can do that.
