Please do not take coffee ,don,t smoke if possible. Give yourself enough rest by allowing your body to same redeem -by going to bed as normal as it is supposed to be(By Nature)And learn to throw problem in the thrash ,because every one on earth has one. Learn not to be distracted when you are learning or listening,In other words put your history first.And take glucose all the time.Glucose helps concentration. Good luck.
